Simple subscription: If adopted, the subscription is €4.99 including tax per month, billed by the trustee.
Yes, MyCo is accessible via web browsers, so available on all devices.
MyCo allows you to report issues, track their resolution, share documents and communicate easily with stakeholders. This makes management more transparent and efficient.
A ticket is a request sent to the trustee with a description and, if necessary, a photo of the problem. The trustee/manager decides who sees and who is notified of this topic.
MyCo licenses belong to the co-ownership. Simply send us the new manager's information, and we will make the change within 48 hours.
MyCo is free until the next General Meeting.
Then, the cost is €4.99 including tax per apartment per month, billed quarterly to the co-owners' association (ACP).
